JS Paramount provides students with the best sporting equipment and facilities. It is the first school in Punjab to have an Olympic size swimming pool as well as Basketball Court, Skating Court, Cricket pitch are provided.  Students who are part of the school teams practice both morning and evening to achieve perfection in their respective sport.

1^st International Standard 400 M Athletic Track in Punjab

Basketball Court

A game played between two teams of five players in which goals are scored by throwing a ball through a netted hoop fixed at each end of the court. Netting balls in the basket after intense dribbling is not just what the discipline of basketball is all about. It is to have the skill of sportsmanship in every move that one makes and avoid placing the cart horse is what basketball is all about.

Volleyball

A game for two teams, usually of six players each, in which a large ball is hit by hand over a high net, the aim being to score points by making the ball reach the ground on the opponents side of the court.

One does not have to traverse the beach to play this game: the students at MODERN have given a new connotation to this sport.
